Key Leadership Appointments
Bay State Milling Company is accelerating its strategy of delivering
accessible and affordable plant-based nutrition to manufacturers
and foodservice providers with a series of new leadership
appointments and a realignment of internal business units to
guide its next phase.

strategy of growth and innovation, and to continue delivering on
our promise of a trusted family of ingredients, " said Pete Levangie,
president and chief executive officer of Bay State Milling.
" Backed by 125 years of wheat excellence, this team of seasoned
professionals will offer an expanded portfolio through a streamlined
supply chain, positioning us to better meet the evolving
needs of our customers. "
The announcement includes Jennifer Robinson being appointed
to the newly created role of senior vice president of safety,
quality, and sustainability.
Robinson brings 30 years of industry experience and a 13year
Bay State Milling tenure to this position. She will ensure
that Bay State Milling's high standards of safety and quality are
upheld throughout the organization and will lead the expansion
of the company's sustainability initiatives. Her appointment
underscores the company's commitment to fostering a culture
of excellence and advancing growth and innovation in a rapidly
evolving industry.

practices. With over 30 years of experience and a strong track
record in leading the quality department at Bay State Milling,
Jennifer is well-equipped to navigate the increasing emphasis
on safety and sustainability and reinforce the company's commitment
to excellence across all areas of the business, " Levangie
says.
Keith Adams has been named chief operating officer and general
manager of the Milling Ingredient Solutions (MIS) business
unit. Adams will draw on more than 30 years of industry experience,
including 16 years with Bay State Milling focused on
operations and continuous improvement, to lead this new unit
and support overall corporate functions. Adams's appointment
will ensure that Bay State Milling continues to execute with operational
excellence, and he will bring his extensive leadership to
new areas of the business.
For 125 years, Bay State Milling has been on a mission to increase
access to nutritious, sustainable and accessible grainbased
ingredients. As the largest privately held, family-owned
miller in the United States, Bay State Milling operates 13 locations
in the US and Canada.

Bay State Milling is focusing

on expanding its product lines,
particularly in the areas of gluten-free
oats and varietal solutions,
Levangie says. These segments
are poised for growth as
consumer demand for nutritious
and sustainable ingredients
increases.
Additionally, four new business
unit vice presidents will
comprise Adams' core team: Joe Doyle as vice president of sales,
Loren Jacobs as vice president of supply chain, Steve Matson as
vice president of operations, and Thomas Bell as vice president
of finance.
Bay State Milling Company is now better positioned to achieve
growth in an evolving economy and business environment.
