DIVIDIR, MEZCLAR
Y EXTENDER: Combinar
los ingredientes para la masa,
luego mezclar hasta que quede
desarrollada y suave. Dejar la masa
reposar por 15 minutos. Extender la
masa en forma de tronco.
FORMAR ANILLO: Formar
como anillo (hoja completa,
media hoja o cuarto de hoja).
AÑADIR PASTA: Añadir tiras
de pasta de azúcar alrededor
del anillo. (Mezclar 4 libras de
azúcar granulada, 4 libras de
azúcar glasé/polvo, 8 libras de
grasa hidrogenada durante 1
minuto a velocidad baja, luego
raspar y mezclar durante
3 minutos a velocidad alta.
Añadir 5 libras de harina
para repostería hojaldrada y
5 libras de harina para pan,
raspar y mezclar por 1 minuto a
velocidad baja.)
TERMINAR Y HORNEAR:
Añadir tiras de acitrón* e
higos*, luego desarrollar por 30
minutos. Hornear a 330°F por
30 minutos. Glasear si se desea.

Topping Mix: Combine 1 parte de
Sprinkelina White Twinkle Pearls,
1 parte de Sprinkelina Red Twinkle
Pearls y 3 partes de Sprinkelina
Rainbow Non Pareils.
CONSTITUIR: Cupcakes: Deposite
2 onzas de masa en moldes para
cupcakes forrados con papel.
Estrellas de fondant: Colorea un
poco de amarillo BakeSense Vanilla
White Rolled Fondant con gel
líquido. Enrolle el fondant amarillo
entre 1/16 " y 1/8 " de espesor. Corta
pequeñas estrellas con un cortador
de fondant. Deja que las estrellas
se sequen.
HORNEAR: Hornee a 325-360°F
durante 15-20 minutos. Deja
que los cupcakes se enfríen por
completo.
FINALIZAR: Tiñe un poco de
Westco Vanilla Buttercrème Icing
Christmas green con geles líquidos.
