The power of many is stronger than the power of one.
This is the clear and proven message set forth by a
new program from The Bread Bakers Guild of America
in which bakery owners and operators learn valuable
skills from one another.
Karen Bornarth, executive director, The Bread Bakers
Guild of America, explains that the BBGA Bakery
Leadership Circle is an innovative new program that
provides bakery owners and operators with the tools
to improve their leadership skills and business acumen,
and to work on adaptive challenges in their businesses
through a peer-consulting process.
What is it?
* A 16-week program in which a cohort of bakery
owners and operators identify, discuss, and
develop plans to address their most important
adaptive challenges.
* An opportunity to learn tools and techniques to
improve your leadership and problem-solving
skills, while working on your specific adaptive
challenges.
