The second annual International Artisan Bakery
Expo will take place March 31-April 2 at the Las
Vegas Convention Center. Registration includes

Keynote addresses will take place the first two
mornings of the event and be delivered by Anthony
Falco, international pizza consultant, and Ken
Forkish, James Beard Award winning baker. To
curate a superior educational component, the
Artisan Bakery Expo partnered with key associations such as The Bread Bakers Guild of America
(BBGA) to design seminars and demonstrations
