Vincent, star of Food Network's Save My Bakery
and director of the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show,
recently passed away at the age of 75 following complications from an undisclosed illness.

Riavez, of Bayville, N.J., passed away in his home on
Dec. 19, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Riavez,
who held a distinguished CMB certification in baking
and pastry arts, was senior national accounts manager for Stratas Foods LLC, which is headquartered in
Memphis, Tenn.

International Cake Exploration Societé Hall of Fame in
2004. She was known as the " Queen of Cakes " for her
invention of unique techniques in sugar craft, which
include the Vincent Marquetry, a method used for
fondant finish, and movement in stenciled or painted
sugar flounces and skirting.
Vincent co-founded the Oklahoma State Sugar Art
Show and founded the Grand National Wedding Cake
Competition. The event became a toast of the nation,
and the city of Tulsa honored Vincent by making Oct.
6 Kerry Vincent Day.
