res leches cakes are a signature
specialty at Panadería Azteca in
Reno, Nev., and the local customers
rave about the quality of the cakes, the
breads, and other fresh foods that make
this place one of the most popular in the
city over the course of its 30 years here in
business.
"The size of the burritos put other places
to shame," one customer exclaims. "Great
taste and fresh ingredients. They also have
some great looking cakes!"
For three decades, Panadería Azteca has
served authentic and delicious products
to local customers who come for the fresh
foods they know and love.
"We make great tortas. We use our own
bread and make great food," points out
Andres Segura, one of the owners along
with Guillermo and Marian Segura.
Guillermo Segura explains that they are
always pushing the envelope to add new
items. "We have amazing bakers who have
been doing this work for a long time," he
explains.
Quesadilla Salvadoreña is another
specialty, and the bakery makes their
version with fresh bread filled with cream
cheese and jalapeño.
Looking ahead, their aspirations include
the goal to expand the business and become
a larger operation.
"We hold ourselves to a very high
standard," Andres says proudly.
