In a bowl ﬁtted with a paddle attachment combine the cheesequick, sugar,

and mix for 5 minutes on high speed; add caramel paste and mix until well

In a stand mixer combine together and whip till stiff peaks.

Graham Cracker Crust
Graham Cracker, Crumbs - 14.1oz (400g)
Salt - 0.10oz (3g)
Granulated Sugar - 7oz (200g)
Butter, Melted - 10.4oz (295g)
In the bowl of a stand mixer combine all ingredients and mix with the paddle
