Este número de marzo marca el décimo aniversario desde que se publicó por primera
vez la revista BakeMark's Panadería y sigue siendo la única revista en español dedicada a
las panaderías aquí en los Estados Unidos. Mirando hacia atrás, nos enorgullece tener el
privilegio de contar las historias de éxito de tantas panaderías en todo el país, mientras compartimos ideas de productos y conocimientos que han ayudado a impulsar el crecimiento de
este importante segmento de la industria de la panificación. Los panes y pasteles tradicionales y artesanales que se originaron en tantos países diferentes de América Latina siguen

Atraer a más clientes a su panadería puede ser más fácil de lo que cree. El primer paso es
