Banegas es una gran razón por la que los productos de
panadería son tan queridos por los clientes. Se asegura de
que los conos se rellenen correctamente cada día con la
mezcla correcta de crema bávara y un frotis de fresa y que
cada pastel sea decorado a las especificaciones del cliente.

El gerente de panadería reconoce la importancia de
cambiar los sabores según la temporada, por lo que ofrecerá
más piña durante los meses de verano y más sabores de
otoño, como la calabaza, cuando el clima comienza a
ponerse más fresco.
"Los pasteles se venden más en el verano," dice,
agregando que los pays se han convertido en otro producto
popular. "Los pequeños pays de pacanas se venden bien
durante todo el año."
Culebra Market también hace productos especiales,
como los buñuelos, durante todo el año, pero estos se
venden especialmente bien durante la temporada de
Navidad, dice. "Es cuando hacemos más."
Otra característica importante de la panadería es la
tortillería, donde producen tortillas de harina cada día.
Culebra Market #3 venderá de 600 a 700 paquetes de
tortillas frescas al día. Hay 12 en cada paquete.
"Tenemos mucho negocio de tortilla aquí," dice Víctor
Ramírez Jr. "Las hacemos a lo largo de la mañana y la
gente viene a buscar sus tortillas frescas todos los días."
