Los pasteles decorados para las bodas, quinceañeras
y otras celebraciones son un gran negocio. Es vital

Según una nueva investigación de The Knot, el costo
promedio de una boda en 2016 en los Estados Unidos
llegó un récord histórico de $35,329, mientras que el
número de invitados disminuyó. Esa correlación significa
que el gasto por cada invitado aumentó, mostrando que
las parejas están gastando con un enfoque en los invitados.
Es importante notar que el costo promedio de un
pastel de boda subió a $582, comparado con $575 el año
anterior. Las mesas de postre continúan aumentando en
popularidad, resultando en oportunidades para colocar
un gran pastel en el centro rodeado por postres más
pequeños de muchos sabores.
Según los expertos en pastel de boda, el follaje,

son las principales tendencias para los pasteles en la
próxima temporada de bodas. Algunos predicen que
2017 traerá más texturas mezcladas, acentos metálicos

pasteles temáticos y estilizados.
Otra clave para el éxito de los pasteles para
celebraciones es ofrecer varias combinaciones de
sabores. Los sabores como el chocolate con crema
de vainilla son tan populares como siempre. Y las
combinaciones de sabores más exóticos, como el pastel
de coco con crema de mantequilla de limón, también
están aumentando.
