After three years in New York
City, Marius Pop returned to
Portland, Oregon, where he
opened Nuvrei to immediate
success among a rapidly
growing clientele.

Michael and Mary Gaylord
Gassen, of Noe Valley Bakery in
San Francisco, made a decision
to run their bakery more like
they run their lives. They
raised $19,000 dollars through
kickstarter for the remodel.
